I really like the color, size and extra additions such as the Ottoman and the cup holders. Pretty comfy. Not too firm and not too cushiony to where you get sucked in and stuggle to get up. The fabric is really soft but feels really thin so I am a little concerned with fabric quality and how long the couch will hold up. The material in the picture posted on Amazon looks a little differet then the material on the actual couch. I posted both pictures for reference. The Amazon delivery man was super kind and carried the boxes up the stairs and helped me lift over my door frame to get into my home. I have two dogs and I have noticed I am able to easily wipe away the dog hair and I dont have to lint roll which is nice. The cusion covers are removable which is also an added bonus. Set up was easy and all tools and accessories were accounted for. The only issue was the back corner piece already has the hardware installed and it is supposed to slide into the bottom piece and it is a little off. As shown in picture. Luckily, you cant really tell since the cusions are in front of it and its backed up on the wall but a little frustrating none the less. Overall, I am happy about my purchase and currently, the pros outweigh the cons. Hope this review helps somebody with their decision. ?For never sitting on it before purchasing it makes sense there are some flaws. The price is a bit steep for the couch itself, since the cushions on the back do not hold up in the corner aspect of it at all. They smoosh down to easily, and they do not want to go back into a normal structure after. The seating cushions, are hard, but the material makes them a bit itchy. The ottoman however is a great addition and has wonderful storage for blankets and pillows. It's a decent enough couch, but I don't see it lasting more than a few years if that.I usually don't leave bad reviews but this one needed my attention. It arrived early so I was very excited. The assembly instructions were about useless. I basically tossed them in the trash and just looked at the picture on the Amazon ad. It was very difficult to assemble and was missing 1 entire bag of hardware. I had to go to the local hardware store to but what was missing for an additional $12. The included screws should be longer because there is not stopping point when screwing them in which is a problem. I finally got it together after about 1 hr of assembly, taking it apart and re-assembly. Not to mention the trick to the hardware store (extra 30 mins). Looks pretty good but the cushions had indentions that are still there (1 month after assembly) from being stuffed in 2 x boxes.This is a nice couch but it's hard to assemble it had staples in places where you are supposed to put screws. The ottoman came broken and I have no clue how to fix it I have tried multiple times and it just keeps falling apart . It's firm but after a while you get use to it and I like that I can just sit on it and charge my phone or tablet. Overall it's a really awesome set and as long as you don't mind the assembly difficulty I would recommend it.Nice addition to my family room. Elegant for guest also comfortable for movie night with the fam.I wanted to love this couch because aesthetically, it is perfect for my living room. However, the material is disgustingly CHEAP. So far, it has torn in three places on the cushions and it gets light use. For a thousand dollar couch, you'd think it would last longer than 3 months (when the first rip in a seam happened). The back cushions flatten easily too. I've resorted to using throw blankets to cover the rips but will likely have to go purchase a new couch sooner rather than later because this is one quickly becoming uncomfortable and unsightly. I really wanted to score an attractive and functional couch on Amazon but it looks like I'll be going back to a furniture store. Higher price tag but at least it will last. Hard lesson learned.The color, material, and shape/size of this couch is perfect for us! We didn’t have any problem with the assembly. It was packaged great with no damage. We have received so many compliments on it. It’s firm, but good for your back!
